Our process in six easy steps

Initial Consultation

Meet your Artisan Designer and get to know them. 

Share all your dreams for your event and outline what you want from your project.

Sign your design contract at the end of your meeting, submit your design deposit and we'll get started!

Design

Review

Meet your Artisan online to look over your first draft and request changes. 

This is when the big choices are made and the design really starts to take shape to reflect your vision.

Mock-up Approval

Next, you'll receive a digital copy of the entire design. 

Text and wording is finalized and small tweaks and changes are made one more time, if needed.

The small production deposit is due and signals the start of Pre-production.

Physical Prototype

You get one, finished physical copy of your design as a final proof. 

This is the last time to make changes or edit the design before we move to full production.

Once you've approved the final design, the large production deposit   is due.

Production Begins

Let the work begin.

You'll receive a link to track the production through its different stages and be able to reach your Artisan with any concerns during production.

Your Artisan will oversee a team of Junior Artisans throughout the process.

Shipping and Delivery

After careful crafting and finishing touches, your Invite-Albums will be packaged and addressed for shipping to the guest list you submitted during the design process. 

After the final invoice is settled the Invite-Albums will be shipped.
